Why Need Warning Banners On Fence
Jan 15th 2018
A deer fence is only as good as you make it. Although our deer fence are strong enough to control deer damage, they need warning banners to remind deer that a fence is there.
White-tailed deer have poor vision; and they do not see the color black well enough to stop in time before they run into the garden fence. But, they can see the color white well. Warning banners should be placed in the middle of the deer fence to let the know that a structure is present. The warning banners should not be put up at the top. Doing so will give the deer a gauge of how high the structure is for jumping.
After 7' feet high, deer vision goes blurry; and this is why a deer fence from 7.5' to 8' foot is ideal for deer management.
Deer warning banners are inexpensive and reliable accessories for deer fencing.
